Holding the Line – Volunteers Restoring Lancashire’s Sand Dunes

Across the Lancashire coastline, volunteers come together to restore sand dunes using old Christmas trees, helping to protect the shoreline and wildlife habitats.

This short, reflective film captures the calm, dedication, and community spirit of the people involved, highlighting the connection between nature, wellbeing, and coastal conservation.

This film project was a collaboration between Lancashire Wildlife Trust, Blackpool Council, and Fylde Council and this film celebrates the volunteers and organisations working together to preserve and protect our coastline for future generations.
