“It Was Just Horrible” — How Leyland Station Was Transformed

What started as an uninviting concrete space has slowly been transformed through the work of local volunteers.

This short documentary follows the work of Friends of Leyland Station, a community group helping bring colour, care and community spirit back to Leyland train station.

Through planting, maintenance and volunteering, the group has helped turn the station into a more welcoming place for residents and visitors alike.
